Manchester is keen to promote the uptake of the MyDiabetes MyWay on line educational/support tool which launched at the end of last year
Structured education is now available directly to all those living with diabetes in GM free of any charges to patients or commissioners via Diabetes My Way. Patients can self-refer by registering at this link and choosing their GP practice from the drop down list.
