You cannot apply for this post if you have previously sat and failed the PLAB examination

 

  1. What is your level of experience?
    1. Have you at least 3 years of experience in medicine? Yes/ No
    2. Have you spent the last 12 months in medicine? Yes/No

You need to have completed at least 3 years in medicine and at least the the last 12 months needs to have been in medicine or an associated speciality

  1. Have you completed any post graduate examination?  Yes / No

You need to have completed a post graduate degree in your own country. If not go to question (5)

 

  1. Have you done the MRCP (UK) Part 1?                                                  Yes/ No

If your answer is no to question 4 and 5 then you cannot apply – If you have either then you are eligible..

  1. Have you completed IELTS UKBA Academic version Yes/ No
    1. If yes Have you got a score of at least 7.5? Yes/ No
    2. Have you scored less than 7.0 in any section? Yes/ no
