Feedback
- Attend all your sessions as per your timetable (with attendance in line with programme requirements – 100% attendance is expected)
- Complete a minimum 3 patient assessments per week (or more).
- Complete a minimum 1 physical examination per week (or more).
- Present a minimum of 1 patient assessment per week.
- During the block 1 of the presentations must be an enhanced presentation.
- Complete mandatory UPSAs and Prescribing and Medicine Safety.
- 7 Clinic attendances to be booked in (2 Endocrine, 2 Diabetes and 2 additional clinics plus 1 haematology)
- Complete reading and good reflective notes to be entered
- End of posting formative quiz to be completed
- Case presentations should include at least one in each category
- ( neurology, bone health, dementia cardiovascular and respiratory)
